John R. Clark has built his real estate
business on constant honesty and integrity. Over the past
23 years in Bryan/College Station, John has leased or sold
millions of square feet of commercial, industrial, retail, and
office space. John has also successfully marketed numerous rural
and commercial land tracts of all sizes, and has been involved
in the development of office/warehouse projects and residential
subdivisions. Prior to founding John R. Clark and Associates in
2002 to focus his complete energies on commercial, industrial,
and land, John was co-owner of a local RE/MAX franchise for many
years.
In 2004, after completing his Masters in Land
Economics and Real Estate at Texas A&M University, Josh Isenhour
joined John R. Clark and Associates full-time. In 2005, Clark
Isenhour Commercial Property Management LLC was established to
provide full-service management of commercial and industrial
properties.
John and his associates are continuing to
build on their variety of experiences and tradition of excellent
service. With numerous areas of expertise, quality support
staff, and a convenient office located just north of Texas A&M
University, John R. Clark and Associates stands ready to meet
all of your real estate needs in the Brazos Valley.
